Our therapists bring years of experience helping people just like you—people who are tired of carrying everything alone. We use proven, evidence-based methods tailored to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Psychoknowmics was started in 2015 to create awareness about what goes into making healthy mental health. Our psychological well-being is dependent on the quality of our thoughts, attitudes, emotions, and our behaviors. At Psychoknowmics help you identify and make the required changes to help you achieve your individual, relationship, career, or life goal. We provide both online and offline sessions to help you create emotional strength, healthy self-esteem, relationships & life.

We use evidence-based approaches such as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Single-Session Therapy (SST), attachment-informed work, and other Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)-based approaches. But therapy is never one-size-fits-all. We tailor the process to your story, your pace, and your needs. Some people need practical tools, some need space to reflect and process, and most need a balance of both. We work with you to find an approach that feels supportive, relevant, and meaningful.

Psychotherapy, in simple words, is also called Talk Therapy. It is a collaborative process in which you work with a trained psychologist to understand & better your thoughts, thinking, emotions, behaviours, and patterns that may be causing distress. Individual therapy sessions typically last  55 to 60 minutes.

Fees for individual therapy sessions vary based on the Psychotherapist & years of experience. Current session fees are shared at the time of booking or during the first interaction. Senior Psychotherapist fee is   2300/- & Junior Pychotherapist fee is   1400/-

Couple’s therapy helps partners understand relationship patterns, improve communication, and address ongoing conflicts or emotional disconnect. It provides a neutral space where both partners can express themselves, feel heard, and work towards healthier ways of relating.

Couples therapy is not about assigning blame or taking sides. Instead, it focuses on understanding interaction cycles, emotional needs, and building skills that strengthen connection, trust, and mutual understanding.

Session duration:
Couples therapy sessions typically last 85 to 90 minutes, as they involve working with both partners together.
